Returns
We make every effort to
insure your order is shipped accurately and the product meets your standards. We want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, simply
return the product in new condition with a copy of your invoice within 10 days from the date of purchase and we will
issue a full refund of the purchase
price less shipping fees. If the return resulted due to error on our part,
shipping fees will be refunded as well.
Requirements
Merchandise must
be in new condition with original packaging and all paperwork. Warranty cards
if applicable must not be filled in or mailed.
You
must contact us by phone or e-mail for an RMA (Return Material Authorization)
prior to returning any merchandise. Failing to do so will result in the package
being refused.
Merchandise must
be return shipped in a protective box preferably shipped with a carrier that
has package tracking capability. (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
A full refund
including shipping if the return resulted from our error. Otherwise, we will
deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
Refunds are
issued in the same form of payment that was used for purchase.
The customer will
receive a refund within 7 business days of our receiving your return.
A 20% restocking fee may be charged.
This is done at the sole discretion of GDSENT.com management and is assessed on
a case by case basis.
Provided that the manufacturer’s installation
and usage instructions have been followed, suitability of a product for a
specific purpose is not guaranteed by GDSENT.COM. If a question regarding the
reasonable expectation of the product to perform as the manufacture intended
should arise, we will refer you to the manufacturer for resolution.

Defective Merchandise
Defective
merchandise claims are referred directly to the manufacturer of that
product. Please note that we are not responsible for defective
merchandise and cannot provide refunds for any used and/or defective
merchandise. Most manufacturers will repair or exchange defective
products as agreed to under warranty. If the manufacturer does not
handle your claim to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will be
happy to help you out.
